By downloading, installing, or engaging with our mobile application, Mist, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. Accessing the Service signifies your complete understanding and consent to be governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not concur with any provision listed herein, you must immediately cease all use of the application and delete it from your device.

2. Service Description

Mist provides an intelligent inspiration management environment designed to facilitate the collection, organization, and visualization of creative assets. Our platform utilizes advanced categorization logic, moodboard construction tools, and smart file management to help creative professionals streamline their workflows. We reserve the absolute right to modify, enhance, or temporarily suspend specific features or the entirety of the Service at our discretion, without prior notice or liability. We do not guarantee that the Service will remain available or unchanged indefinitely.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

To maintain a secure environment, users must adhere to the following standards:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to utilize this Service.
• Account Integrity: You are solely responsible for the security of your device and any activity occurring within your local instance of the app.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not use the Service for any illicit purposes, upload malicious software, harvest data, or interfere with the application's intended technical functionality.
• Compliance: Failure to abide by these rules may result in the immediate revocation of your access to Mist.

4. Intellectual Property

Any attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary software is strictly forbidden.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We offer no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the application. Your use of Mist, particularly regarding the categorization and storage of creative data, is conducted entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Mist shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of creative data, loss of business profits, or interruptions in productivity arising from the use or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached these Terms. Furthermore, you may discontinue use of Mist at any time by simply deleting the application from your iOS device. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you shall cease.

8. Terms Modification

We may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in our Service or legal requirements. It is your responsibility to review this page occasionally. Your continued interaction with Mist following the implementation of changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised Terms.
